Be aware that all products sold on this site are delivered raw. We provide fresh and frozen seafood from around the globe in vacuum sealed bags. If a customer indicates they'd like to have us season their seafood, the items are provided in aluminum trays. Fish vary in size, by accepting these terms you affirm that you understand there is a quarter pound margin of difference. A one pound filet may weigh as little as three fourths of a pound. Fish loose weight during cleaning and sometimes during cooking.
Returns are valid within a twenty four hour time frame. If the original state of the product has been altered by you, it cannot be returned. This includes but is not limited to; cooking, seasoning, cutting, shucking, etc.
If you wish to return an uncooked, unaltered product;
Come to Astoria Seafood in person with the items in question on ice, during normal business hours. (Tuesday-Saturday 12pm- 9pm)
Bring proof of purchase and please offer an explanation or a reason for the return.
*Returns on Saturday nights are only valid until 9pm on Saturday night*
Refunds are offered in the form of store credit.
