We hand pick the items you selected. 

Your seafood is thoroughly cleaned and dried by our on site fishmongers.

 There are two forms of packaging, and what you receive depends on whether you choose to have us season your meal or not.

1.  Items that will not be seasoned are delivered in vacuum sealed bags. Extending the shelf life of your seafood and keeping the fridge from smelling. 
2. Seasoned products are provided in bake safe aluminum containers with all the appropriate seasonings.
