When will my order ship? How are shipments tracked and calculated?
To guarantee quality for all wholesale seafood orders, all shipments are processed Tuesday through Wednesday via UPS only. If your carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order immediately so you can monitor your seafood delivery.
Shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your chosen items and your specific location in New York City or nationwide. Costs range from $25 for small orders to $65 for large shipments up to 40 lbs. You will always see the final rate at checkout before you finalize your purchase. What is the return policy for damaged orders?
We strive for perfection, but if your seafood market order arrives damaged, please email us a description of the issue and a clear photo of the product within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this window or without photographic proof cannot be eligible for a refund.
